The athletic trainers clarified this afternoon that sports physical forms must be submitted in hard copy this year. They are not accepting electronic copies as they did last year. Players can bring the completed forms to Coach Ashley at open hockey on Monday or they must be turned in at school by Thursday at the latest next week.
